ਬਾਲੀਵੁੱਡ ਅਦਾਕਾਰ ਗੋਵਿੰਦਾ ਨੇ ਆਪਣੀ ਪਤਨੀ ਸੁਨੀਤਾ ਆਹੂਜਾ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਕੀਤੇ ਜਾ ਰਹੇ ਗਾਲੀ-ਗਲੋਚ ‘ਤੇ ਸਖ਼ਤ ਨਾਰਾਜ਼ਗੀ ਪ੍ਰਗਟ ਕੀਤੀ ਹੈ। ਇੱਕ ਵੀਡੀਓ ਸ਼ੇਅਰ ਕਰਦੇ ਹੋਏ ਗੋਵਿੰਦਾ ਨੇ ਸੁਨੀਤਾ ਨੂੰ ਅਜਿਹੀ ਭਾਸ਼ਾ ਬੋਲਣ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਜ਼ ਆਉਣ ਲਈ ਕਿਹਾ ਹੈ।
ਵੀਡੀਓ ‘ਚ ਗੋਵਿੰਦਾ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ, “ਸੁਨੀਤਾ ਜੀ, ਤੁਸੀਂ ਅੱਜ-ਕੱਲ੍ਹ ਮਾਂ-ਭੈਣਾਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਗਾਲ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀ ਵਰਤੋਂ ਬਹੁਤ ਜ਼ਿਆਦਾ ਕਰਨ ਲੱਗ ਪਏ ਹੋ। ਜੇ ਨੌਜਵਾਨ ਪੀੜ੍ਹੀ ਤੁਹਾਨੂੰ ਦੇਖ ਕੇ ਇਹ ਸਭ ਸਿੱਖੇਗੀ ਤਾਂ ਅਸੀਂ ਸਾਰੇ ਬਹੁਤ ਸ਼ਰਮਿੰਦਾ ਹੋਵਾਂਗੇ। ਅਜਿਹੀਆਂ ਗਾਲ੍ਹਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਤੁਸੀਂ ‘ਮਾਂ’ ਅਤੇ ‘ਭੈਣ’ ਵਰਗੇ ਸ਼ਬਦਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਬਹੁਤ ਸਸਤਾ ਬਣਾ ਰਹੇ ਹੋ। ਅਸੀਂ ਤੁਹਾਡੇ ਤੋਂ ਅਜਿਹੇ ਵਿਵਹਾਰ ਦੀ ਉਮੀਦ ਨਹੀਂ ਕਰਦੇ।”
ਇਹ ਵਿਵਾਦ ਉਦੋਂ ਹੋਰ ਭਖ਼ ਗਿਆ ਜਦੋਂ ਗੋਵਿੰਦਾ ਨੂੰ ਨਵੀਂ ਅਦਾਕਾਰਾ ਕੋਮਲ ਰਾਣੀ ਸਵਰਨਕਾਰ, ਜੋ ਕਿ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀ ਆਉਣ ਵਾਲੀ ਫਿਲਮ ‘ਰੂਪਾ’ ‘ਚ ਕੰਮ ਕਰ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ, ਨਾਲ ਮੁੰਬਈ ਏਅਰਪੋਰਟ ‘ਤੇ ਦੇਖਿਆ ਗਿਆ। ਇਸ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਸੁਨੀਤਾ ਨੇ ਗੋਵਿੰਦਾ ‘ਤੇ ਤੰਜ ਕੱਸਦਿਆਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਸੀ ਕਿ “ਉਹ ਆਪਣੀ ਧੀ ਦੀ ਉਮਰ ਦੀ ਕੁੜੀ ਨਾਲ ਘੁੰਮ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ” ਅਤੇ ਇੱਥੋਂ ਤੱਕ ਕਿ ਸੁਨੀਤਾ ਨੇ ਗੋਵਿੰਦਾ ਨੂੰ ‘ਸ਼ੂਗਰ ਡੈਡੀ’ ਕਹਿ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਸੀ। ਦੋਵਾਂ ਦੇ ਵਿਵਾਦਪੂਰਨ ਬਿਆਨਾਂ ਕਾਰਨ ਸੋਸ਼ਲ ਮੀਡੀਆ ‘ਤੇ ਇਹ ਮਾਮਲਾ ਕਾਫ਼ੀ ਚਰਚਾ ਦਾ ਵਿਸ਼ਾ ਬਣਿਆ ਹੋਇਆ ਹੈ।
