Sonu Nigam News: ਮਸ਼ਹੂਰ ਗਾਇਕ ਸੋਨੂੰ ਨਿਗਮ ਇੱਕ ਵਾਰ ਫਿਰ ਚਰਚਾ ਵਿੱਚ ਆ ਗਏ ਹਨ। ਦਰਅਸਲ, ਦਿੱਲੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਚੱਲ ਰਹੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਲਾਈਵ ਕੰਸਰਟ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਦਰਸ਼ਕਾਂ ਨੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ‘ਤੇ ਪੱਥਰਬਾਜ਼ੀ ਕਰਨੀ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤੀ।
Playback singer Sonu Nigam, whose song ‘Mere Dholna 3.0’ became a viral hit recently, has issued clarification on the recent alleged stone pelting incident which happened during his performance at the Delhi Technological University.
The singer took to his Instagram recently, and shared an update as he denied the occurrence of any stone petting though a few things were hurled at the singer during his performance. These things include a smoking device, and a headgear that goes by the name, “Pookie band”.
Sonu Nigam News: ਮਸ਼ਹੂਰ ਗਾਇਕ ਸੋਨੂੰ ਨਿਗਮ ਇੱਕ ਵਾਰ ਫਿਰ ਚਰਚਾ ਵਿੱਚ ਆ ਗਏ ਹਨ। ਦਰਅਸਲ, ਦਿੱਲੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਚੱਲ ਰਹੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਲਾਈਵ ਕੰਸਰਟ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਦਰਸ਼ਕਾਂ ਨੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ‘ਤੇ ਪੱਥਰਬਾਜ਼ੀ ਕਰਨੀ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤੀ। ਦੱਸ ਦਈਏ ਕਿ ਇਹ ਘਟਨਾ 23 ਮਾਰਚ ਐਤਵਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਦਿੱਲੀ ਟੈਕਨਾਲੋਜੀਕਲ ਯੂਨੀਵਰਸਿਟੀ (DTU) ਦੇ ਐਂਜੀਫੈਸਟ 2025 ਪ੍ਰੋਗਰਾਮ ਵਿੱਚ ਵਾਪਰੀ, ਜਿੱਥੇ ਸੋਨੂੰ ਨਿਗਮ ਆਪਣੀ ਪਰਫਾਰਮੈਂਸ ਦੇ ਰਹੇ ਸਨਸੋਨੂੰ ਨਿਗਮ ਪਰਫਾਰਮੈਂਸ ਦੇ ਰਹੇ ਸਨ, ਅਚਾਨਕ ਦਰਸ਼ਕਾਂ ਨੇ ਪੱਥਰਬਾਜ਼ੀ ਕੀਤੀ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ
ਸੋਨੂੰ ਨਿਗਮ ਆਪਣੀ ਪਰਫਾਰਮੈਂਸ ਦੇ ਰਹੇ ਸਨ, ਜਦੋਂ ਅਚਾਨਕ ਦਰਸ਼ਕਾਂ ਦੇ ਇੱਕ ਬੇਕਾਬੂ ਸਮੂਹ ਨੇ ਸਟੇਜ ਵੱਲ ਪੱਥਰ ਅਤੇ ਬੋਤਲਾਂ ਸੁੱਟਣੀਆਂ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤੀਆਂ। ਇਸ ਕਾਰਨ ਹੰਗਾਮਾ ਹੋ ਗਿਆ ਅਤੇ ਸੋਨੂੰ ਨਿਗਮ ਨੂੰ ਆਪਣਾ ਸ਼ੋਅ ਵਿਚਕਾਰ ਹੀ ਬੰਦ ਕਰਨਾ ਪਿਆ। ਇਹ ਸਮਾਗਮ ਲੱਖਾਂ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਦੀ ਮੌਜੂਦਗੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਹੋ ਰਿਹਾ ਸੀ ਅਤੇ ਪੱਥਰਬਾਜ਼ੀ ਹੋਣ ਕਾਰਨ ਗਾਇਕ ਨੂੰ ਮੁਸ਼ਕਲ ਦਾ ਸਾਹਮਣਾ ਵੀ ਕਰਨਾ ਪਿਆ।
The singer shared a picture of himself wearing the pookie band, and also penned a long note in the caption. He wrote,
Nothing like hurling of stones or bottles as mentioned in some media happened at DTU. There was one Vape thrown by someone on stage that hit Subhankar’s chest and that’s when I was informed about it. I paused the show and requested and reminded the collegians that the show will have to be abruptly stopped if something like that happened again. The only thing hurled on stage after that, was the Pookie band. Which was really Pookie.. 😊 😊 😊
ਸੋਨੂੰ ਨਿਗਮ ਨੇ ਬੇਕਾਬੂ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਸ਼ਾਂਤ ਰਹਿਣ ਦੀ ਕੀਤੀ ਅਪੀਲ
ਇਸ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਸੋਨੂੰ ਨਿਗਮ ਨੇ ਬੇਕਾਬੂ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਸ਼ਾਂਤ ਰਹਿਣ ਦੀ ਅਪੀਲ ਕੀਤੀ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ, “ਮੈਂ ਇੱਥੇ ਤੁਹਾਡੇ ਸਾਰਿਆਂ ਨਾਲ ਚੰਗਾ ਸਮਾਂ ਬਿਤਾਉਣ ਲਈ ਹਾਂ, ਮੈਂ ਇਹ ਨਹੀਂ ਕਹਿ ਰਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਤੁਹਾਨੂੰ ਮੌਜ-ਮਸਤੀ ਨਹੀਂ ਕਰਨੀ ਚਾਹੀਦੀ, ਪਰ ਕਿਰਪਾ ਕਰਕੇ ਅਜਿਹਾ ਨਾ ਕਰੋ।”
ਇਸ ਪੱਥਰਬਾਜ਼ੀ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਟੀਮ ਦੇ ਕਈ ਮੈਂਬਰ ਵੀ ਹੋਏ ਜ਼ਖ਼ਮੀ
ਹਾਲਾਂਕਿ, ਇਸ ਪੱਥਰਬਾਜ਼ੀ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਸੋਨੂੰ ਨਿਗਮ ਦੀ ਟੀਮ ਦੇ ਕੁਝ ਮੈਂਬਰ ਵੀ ਜ਼ਖਮੀ ਹੋ ਗਏ। ਪਰ ਇਸ ਦੇ ਬਾਵਜੂਦ, ਸੋਨੂੰ ਨਿਗਮ ਨੇ ਸ਼ਾਂਤੀ ਬਣਾਈ ਰੱਖਣ ਦੀ ਕੋਸ਼ਿਸ਼ ਕੀਤੀ ਅਤੇ ਆਪਣਾ ਸ਼ੋਅ ਦੁਬਾਰਾ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਕੀਤਾ। ਇਸ ਘਟਨਾ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ, ਸੋਨੂੰ ਨਿਗਮ ਦੇ ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ੰਸਕਾਂ ਨੇ ਵੀ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦਾ ਸਮਰਥਨ ਕੀਤਾ ਅਤੇ ਇਸ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਹਿੰਸਕ ਵਿਵਹਾਰ ਦੀ ਨਿੰਦਾ ਕੀਤੀ।
