ਲੋਕ ਸਭਾ ਹਲਕਾ ਬਠਿੰਡਾ ਤੋਂ ਸ਼ੋ੍ਰਮਣੀ ਆਕਾਲੀ ਦਲ ਦੀ ਸੰਸਦ ਮੈਂਬਰ ਹਰਸਮਿਰਤ ਕੌਰ ਬਾਦਲ ਨੇ ਕੇਂਦਰ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਕਿਸਾਨਾਂ ਦੇ ਮੁੱਦੇ ਸੁਲਝਾਉਣ ਅਤੇ ਸਿੱਖਾਂ ਦੇ ਧਾਰਮਿਕ ਮਾਮਲਿਆਂ ਵਿਚ ਦਖ਼ਲ ਨਾ ਦੇਣ ਦੀ ਮੰਗ ਕੀਤੀ।
ਲੋਕ ਸਭਾ ‘ਚ ਰਾਸ਼ਟਰਪਤੀ ਦੇ ਭਾਸ਼ਣ ਦੇ ਧੰਨਵਾਦ ਮਤੇ ‘ਤੇ ਚਰਚਾ ਵਿਚ ਹਿੱਸਾ ਲੈਂਦਿਆਂ ਸਾਬਕਾ ਕੇਂਦਰੀ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਹਰਸਿਮਰਤ ਬਾਦਲ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਪਿਛਲੇ ਸਮੇਂ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਕਿਸਾਨਾਂ ਨੇ ਅੰਦੌਲਨ ਕੀਤਾ ਅਤੇ ਕਈ ਕਿਸਾਨ ਮਾਰੇ ਵੀ ਗਏ, ਪਰ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀ ਗੱਲ ਤੱਕ ਨਹੀਂ ਸੁਣੀ।
ਇਸ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਵਿਚ ਨਸ਼ਿਆਂ ਦੀ ਸਮੱਸਿਆ ਦਾ ਹੱਲ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਵੀ ਅਪੀਲ ਕੀਤੀ।
ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਬੋਲਦਿਆਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਸਿੱਖਾਂ ਦੇ ਧਾਰਮਿਕ ਮਾਮਲਿਆਂ ਵਿਚ ਦਖਲ ਦੇਣਾ ਬੰਦ ਕਰ ਦੇਣਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਹੈ।
ਇਸ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਾਂਗਰਸ ਪਾਰਟੀ ‘ਤੇ ਨਿਸ਼ਾਨ ਸੇਧਦਿਆਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਇਸ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਨੇ ਵੀ ਸਿੱਖਾਂ ਦਾ ਕਤਲੇਆਮ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ।
Punjab MP Harsimrat Kaur Badal took on NDA government led by Prime Minister Narendra Modi for reportedly interfering in the religious and minority affairs of Sikhs.
Speaking during the Motion of Thanks on the President’s address, MP Harsimrat Kaur Badal said that the government should stop interfering in the religious affairs of Sikhs.
‘Sometimes Rahul Gandhi shares he paid obeisance to the Golden Temple while the BJP government boasts of celebrating the 500th birth anniversary of Guru Nanak Dev Ji. Whenever these parties want to garner praise, they talk about Sikhs but what is really happening with Sikhs? Congress attacked our religious places with tanks while the BJP was occupying our religious places. You occupied our Haryana Sikh Committee, you took over the Delhi Sikh Gurudwara Committee, and you dominated the Nanded Gurudwara Sahib board by appointing your people to the board,” said MP Harsimrat Kaur Badal.
“During Guru Nanak Dev’s 500th birth anniversary, the Centre had promised to release Bandi Singhs, why didn’t you release them even after four years? Do you even have a stand or not” added Badal.
Harsimrat Kaur Badal also targeted the Centre on drugs, farmers issued and reopened trade with Pakistan.
