ਬ੍ਰਿਟੇਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਇੱਕ ਸਿੱਖ ਔਰਤ ਨਾਲ ਜਬਰ-ਜਨਾਹ ਦੇ ਇੱਕ ਮਹੀਨੇ ਬਾਅਦ ਇੱਕ ਹੋਰ ਹੈਰਾਨ ਕਰਨ ਵਾਲੀ ਖ਼ਬਰ ਸਾਹਮਣੇ ਆਈ ਹੈ। ਬ੍ਰਿਟੇਨ ਪੁਲੀਸ ਦਾ ਕਹਿਣਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਉੱਤਰੀ ਇੰਗਲੈਂਡ ਵਿੱਚ ਭਾਰਤੀ ਮੂਲ ਦੀ ਇੱਕ ਔਰਤ ਨਾਲ ਜਬਰ-ਜਨਾਹ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ।
ਉੱਤਰੀ ਇੰਗਲੈਂਡ ਵਿੱਚ ਭਾਰਤੀ ਮੂਲ ਦੀ ਇੱਕ 20 ਸਾਲਾ ਔਰਤ ਨਾਲ ਜਬਰ-ਜਨਾਹ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ। ਦੋਸ਼ੀ ਇੱਕ ਗੋਰਾ ਆਦਮੀ ਹੈ। ਪੁਲੀਸ ਨੇ ਸੀਸੀਟੀਵੀ ਫੁਟੇਜ ਜਾਰੀ ਕੀਤੀ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਸ਼ੱਕੀ ਦੀ ਭਾਲ ਕਰ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਗ੍ਰਿਫ਼ਤਾਰ ਕਰ ਲਿਆ।
ਪੁਲੀਸ ਇਸਨੂੰ ਨਸਲੀ ਹਮਲੇ ਵਜੋਂ ਦੇਖ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ। ਵਿਅਕਤੀ ਨੇ ਪੀੜਤਾ ’ਤੇ ਹਮਲਾ ਕਰਦੇ ਹੋਏ ਉਸ ਦੇ ਭਾਰਤ ਵਾਪਸ ਆਉਣ ਬਾਰੇ ਟਿੱਪਣੀਆਂ ਕੀਤੀਆਂ।
ਸਿੱਖ ਫੈਡਰੇਸ਼ਨ ਯੂਕੇ ਨੇ ਇਸ ਘਟਨਾ ’ਤੇ ਚਿੰਤਾ ਪ੍ਰਗਟ ਕੀਤੀ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਦੋਸ਼ੀਆਂ ਦੀ ਜਲਦੀ ਗ੍ਰਿਫ਼ਤਾਰੀ ਦੀ ਮੰਗ ਕੀਤੀ ਹੈ।
ਫੈਡਰੇਸ਼ਨ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਹਮਲਾਵਰ ਨੇ ਪੀੜਤਾ ਦੇ ਘਰ ਦਾ ਦਰਵਾਜ਼ਾ ਤੋੜ ਦਿੱਤਾ। ਦੱਸ ਦਈਏ ਕਿ ਪਿਛਲੇ ਮਹੀਨੇ ਓਲਡਬਰੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਇੱਕ ਸਿੱਖ ਔਰਤ ਨਾਲ ਵੀ ਇਸੇ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀ ਘਟਨਾ ਵਾਪਰੀ ਸੀ।
Second racially aggravated rape in the West Midlands within two months

Reacting to news of a racially aggravated rape of a young woman in her 20s in Walsall on Saturday evening Dabinderjit Singh OBE, a Lead Executive for the Sikh Federation (UK) said:
“We can now confirm from local sources the young woman that was subject to a racially aggravated rape in Walsall is a Punjabi woman. This follows the racially aggravated rape of a young Sikh woman on 9 September in Oldbury.”
“The attacker apparently followed her and broke down the door of the house where she was living.”
“He was heard using the offensive P and B words during the rape”
“A neighbour also heard her screams during the vicious attack.”
‘West Midlands Police have now had two racially aggravated rape of young women in their 20s in the last two months and urgently need to find those responsible.”
Suspect video released after ‘racially aggravated’ Walsall rape
Police say the woman was attacked on Saturday night in Walsall and have appealed for information.
