Amritsar Blast: ਜਲੰਧਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਬੀਐੱਸਐੱਫ ਹੈੱਡਕੁਆਰਟਰ ਦੇ ਬਾਹਰ ਹੋਏ ਧਮਾਕੇ ਤੋਂ ਅਜੇ ਕੁਝ ਹੀ ਘੰਟੇ ਬੀਤੇ ਸਨ ਕਿ ਹੁਣ ਅੰਮ੍ਰਿਤਸਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਫੌਜੀ ਛਾਉਣੀ ਨੇੜੇ ਇੱਕ ਹੋਰ ਧਮਾਕੇ ਨਾਲ ਸਰਹੱਦੀ ਖੇਤਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਨਸਨੀ ਫੈਲ ਗਈ। ਇਹ ਘਟਨਾ ਖ਼ਾਸਾ ਰੋਡ ’ਤੇ ਫੌਜੀ ਛਾਉਣੀ ਦੀ ਬਾਹਰੀ ਕੰਧ ਦੇ ਨੇੜੇ ਵਾਪਰੀ। ਹਾਲਾਂਕਿ ਇਹ ਇੱਕ ਘੱਟ ਤੀਬਰਤਾ ਵਾਲਾ ਧਮਾਕਾ ਸੀ, ਪਰ ਇਸ ਦੇ ਪ੍ਰਭਾਵ ਕਾਰਨ ਕੰਧ ’ਤੇ ਲੱਗੀ ਟਿਨ ਦੀ ਚਾਦਰ ਨੁਕਸਾਨੀ ਗਈ ਅਤੇ ਹੇਠਾਂ ਡਿੱਗ ਪਈ।
ਅੰਮ੍ਰਿਤਸਰ ਦਿਹਾਤੀ ਦੇ ਐੱਸਐੱਸਪੀ ਸੁਹੇਲ ਕਾਸਿਮ ਮੀਰ ਨੇ ਘਟਨਾ ਦੀ ਪੁਸ਼ਟੀ ਕਰਦਿਆਂ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਪੁਲੀਸ ਨੂੰ ਰਾਤ ਕਰੀਬ 11.15 ਵਜੇ ਖ਼ਾਸਾ ਰੋਡ ’ਤੇ ਜ਼ੋਰਦਾਰ ਆਵਾਜ਼ ਸੁਣਾਈ ਦੇਣ ਦੀ ਸੂਚਨਾ ਮਿਲੀ ਸੀ। ਸੂਚਨਾ ਮਿਲਦੇ ਹੀ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਦੀਆਂ ਟੀਮਾਂ ਤੁਰੰਤ ਮੌਕੇ ’ਤੇ ਪਹੁੰਚੀਆਂ। ਮੌਕੇ ਦਾ ਮੁਆਇਨਾ ਕਰਨ ’ਤੇ ਪਤਾ ਲੱਗਿਆ ਕਿ ਫੌਜੀ ਛਾਉਣੀ ਦੀ ਸੁਰੱਖਿਆ ਕੰਧ ’ਤੇ ਲਗਾਈ ਗਈ ਟਿਨ ਦੀ ਚਾਦਰ ਨੂੰ ਨੁਕਸਾਨ ਪਹੁੰਚਿਆ ਹੈ। ਮੁਢਲੀ ਜਾਂਚ ਤੋਂ ਜਾਪਦਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਕਿਸੇ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਕੰਧ ’ਤੇ ਕੋਈ ਚੀਜ਼ ਸੁੱਟੀ ਗਈ ਸੀ, ਜਿਸ ਕਾਰਨ ਇਹ ਧਮਾਕਾ ਹੋਇਆ।
ਘਟਨਾ ਤੋਂ ਤੁਰੰਤ ਬਾਅਦ ਕੁਇੱਕ ਰਿਸਪਾਂਸ ਟੀਮਾਂ (QRT), ਫੋਰੈਂਸਿਕ ਮਾਹਿਰ ਅਤੇ ਬੰਬ ਨਿਰੋਧਕ ਦਸਤੇ ਮੌਕੇ ’ਤੇ ਪਹੁੰਚ ਗਏ। ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀਆਂ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਧਮਾਕੇ ਦੀ ਅਸਲ ਪ੍ਰਕਿਰਤੀ ਦਾ ਪਤਾ ਲਗਾਉਣ ਲਈ ਨਮੂਨੇ ਇਕੱਠੇ ਕੀਤੇ ਗਏ ਹਨ। ਫਿਲਹਾਲ ਕਿਸੇ ਜਾਨੀ ਨੁਕਸਾਨ ਦੀ ਖ਼ਬਰ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੈ, ਪਰ ਸੁਰੱਖਿਆ ਏਜੰਸੀਆਂ ਹਾਈ ਅਲਰਟ ’ਤੇ ਹਨ। ਫੌਜ, ਬੀਐੱਸਐੱਫ ਅਤੇ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਇਲਾਕੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਾਂਝੀ ਤਲਾਸ਼ੀ ਮੁਹਿੰਮ ਚਲਾਈ ਜਾ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ ਤਾਂ ਜੋ ਸ਼ਰਾਰਤੀ ਅਨਸਰਾਂ ਦਾ ਪਤਾ ਲਗਾਇਆ ਜਾ ਸਕੇ।
ਇਸ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਅੰਮ੍ਰਿਤਸਰ ਦੇ ਸੰਸਦ ਮੈਂਬਰ ਗੁਰਜੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਔਜਲਾ ਨੇ ਵਾਰ-ਵਾਰ ਹੋ ਰਹੇ ਧਮਾਕਿਆਂ ’ਤੇ ਚਿੰਤਾ ਪ੍ਰਗਟ ਕਰਦੇ ਹੋਏ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਭਗਵੰਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਮਾਨ ਦੀ ਅਗਵਾਈ ਵਾਲੀ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਵਸਨੀਕਾਂ ਦੀ ਸੁਰੱਖਿਆ ਨੂੰ ਯਕੀਨੀ ਬਣਾਉਣ ਵਿੱਚ ਪੂਰੀ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਅਸਫ਼ਲ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ। ਖਾਸਾ ਵਿੱਚ ਫੌਜੀ ਛਾਉਣੀ ਖੇਤਰ ਦੇ ਬਾਹਰ ਹੋਏ ਧਮਾਕੇ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕੇਂਦਰੀ ਗ੍ਰਹਿ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਅਮਿਤ ਸ਼ਾਹ ਨੂੰ ਇਸ ਘਟਨਾ ਵਿੱਚ ਦਖਲ ਦੇਣ ਅਤੇ ਉੱਚ ਪੱਧਰੀ ਅਤੇ ਨਿਰਪੱਖ ਜਾਂਚ ਕਰਵਾਉਣ ਅਤੇ ਦੋਸ਼ੀਆਂ ਵਿਰੁੱਧ ਕਾਨੂੰਨ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਸਖ਼ਤ ਕਾਰਵਾਈ ਕਰਨ ਦੀ ਅਪੀਲ ਕੀਤੀ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਸਰਹੱਦੀ ਸੂਬੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਸੁਰੱਖਿਆ ਪ੍ਰਬੰਧਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਮਜ਼ਬੂਤ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਤੁਰੰਤ ਕਾਰਵਾਈ ਦੀ ਅਪੀਲ ਕੀਤੀ।
