ਪੁਲੀਸ ਨੇ ਬੀਤੀ ਦੇਰ ਰਾਤ ਰਈਆ ਪੁਲੀਸ ਚੌਕੀ ਨੂੰ ਉਡਾਉਣ ਦੀ ਵੱਡੀ ਸਾਜ਼ਿਸ਼ ਨਾਕਾਮ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤੀ। ਬਿਆਸ ਥਾਣੇ ਅਧੀਨ ਪੈਂਦੀ ਇਸ ਚੌਕੀ ਦੇ ਪਿੱਛੇ ਅਣਪਛਾਤਿਆਂ ਨੇ ਆਈ ਈ ਡੀ ਲਾਈ ਸੀ। ਪੁਲੀਸ ਨੂੰ ਇਸ ਬਾਰੇ ਸੂਚਨਾ ਮਿਲਦਿਆਂ ਹੀ ਬੰਬ ਨਕਾਰਾ ਦਸਤੇ ਨੂੰ ਮੌਕੇ ’ਤੇ ਸੱਦਿਆ ਗਿਆ, ਜਿਸ ਨੇ ਸਾਵਧਾਨੀ ਨਾਲ ਧਮਾਕਾਖੇਜ਼ ਸਮੱਗਰੀ ਨੂੰ ਨਕਾਰਾ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ।
ਅੰਮ੍ਰਿਤਸਰ ਦਿਹਾਤੀ ਪੁਲੀਸ ਨੇ ਬਿਆਨ ਜਾਰੀ ਕਰ ਕੇ ਇਸ ਘਟਨਾ ਦੀ ਪੁਸ਼ਟੀ ਕੀਤੀ ਹੈ। ਹਾਲੇ ਤੱਕ ਕਿਸੇ ਵੀ ਅਤਿਵਾਦੀ ਜਥੇਬੰਦੀ ਜਾਂ ਗੈਂਗਸਟਰ ਨੇ ਇਸ ਦੀ ਜ਼ਿੰਮੇਵਾਰੀ ਨਹੀਂ ਲਈ ਹੈ। ਮੁਲਜ਼ਮਾਂ ਦੀ ਪਛਾਣ ਲਈ ਇਲਾਕੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਲੱਗੇ ਸੀ ਸੀ ਟੀ ਵੀ ਕੈਮਰਿਆਂ ਦੀ ਫੁਟੇਜ ਖੰਗਾਲੀ ਜਾ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ।

Discovery: A suspicious, unattended bag was spotted behind the Rayya police chowki (post), which falls under the jurisdiction of the Beas police station.
The Device: Upon inspection, security personnel found an Improvised Explosive Device (IED) inside the bag.
Swift Action: The area was immediately cordoned off, and a Bomb Disposal Squad (BDS) was called to the scene. The team managed to safely defuse the IED, preventing any casualties or structural damage.
Legal Action: An FIR (No. 45) has been registered at the Beas police station under Sections 3, 4, and 5 of the Explosive Substances Act.
