ਕੇਂਦਰ ਨੇ ਮਾਨ ਸਾਬ੍ਹ ਦੀ ਬਾਂਹ ਨੂੰ ਮਰੋੜਨ ‘ਤੇ ਜ਼ੋਰ ਲਾ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਹੈ ਤੇ ਹੁਣ ਮਾਨ ਨੇ ਵੀ ਭਾਖੜਾ ਡੈਮ ‘ਤੇ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਪੁਲਸ ਘਲਾ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਹੈ, ਓਧਰ ਕੇਂਦਰ ਨੇ BBMB ਦਾ ਡਾਇਰੈਕਟਰ ਹੀ ਬਦਲ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਹੈ। ਮਾਨ ਸਾਬ੍ਹ ! ਵਿਖਾ ਦਿਓ ਜਲਵਾ ਜੀਹਦੀ ਤੁਹਾਡੇ ਤੋਂ ਉਮੀਦ ਸੀ, ਧੋ ਦਿਓ ਧੋਣੇ ; ਮੁੜ ਕੇ ਇਹੋ ਜਿਹੇ ਮੌਕੇ ਨਹੀਂ ਜੇ ਆਉਣੇ। ਵੈਸੇ ਇਸ ਮੌਜੂਦਾ ਮਸਲੇ ਨੂੰ ਸਿਆਸਤ ਜਾਂ ਮਾਨ ਤੋਂ ਅੱਗੇ ਲਿਜਾਕੇ ਵੇਖੋਗੇ ਤਾਂ ਵਰਤਮਾਨ ਹੀ ਅੱਜ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਇਤਿਹਾਸ ਨੂੰ ਸਰਲ ਕਰਕੇ ਬਿਆਨਦਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਨੂੰ ਉਦੋਂ ਤੋਂ ਲੈ ਕੇ ਹੁਣ ਤੱਕ ਕਿਵੇਂ ਅਨਿਆਂ ਦੇ ਪੇਂਜੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਪਿੰਜਿਆ ਹੈ !!!!

ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਗੁਆਂਢੀ ਰਾਜ ਹਰਿਆਣਾ, ਰਾਜਸਥਾਨ ਅਤੇ ਦਿੱਲੀ ਸਾਡੇ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਪਾਣੀਆਂ ਦੀ ਲੁੱਟ ਲਈ ਭਾਖੜਾ ਬਿਆਸ ਪ੍ਰਬੰਧਨ ਬੋਰਡ ਦੀ ਮੀਟਿੰਗ ਵਿੱਚ ਭਾਖੜਾ ਡੈਮ ਤੋਂ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਪਾਣੀ ਖੋਹਣ ਲਈ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਵਿਰੁੱਧ ਇੱਕਜੁੱਟ ਹੋ ਗਏ ਹਨ । ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਕੁਦਰਤੀ ਸਰੋਤਾਂ ਦੀ ਇਹ ਲੁੱਟ ਅਤੇ ਸ਼ਰੇਆਮ ਧੱਕੇਸ਼ਾਹੀ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਕਿਸਾਨਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਇੱਕ ਬਦਲਾ ਲੈਣ ਵਾਲੀ ਭਾਵਨਾ ਜਾਪਦੀ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਜੇਕਰ ਇਸਨੂੰ ਸ਼ੁਰੂਆਤੀ ਦੌਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਹੀ ਰੋਕਿਆ ਨਾ ਗਿਆ ਤਾਂ ਇਹ ਸਾਡੀ ਕਿਸਾਨੀ ਅਤੇ ਆਰਥਿਕਤਾ ਨੂੰ ਤਬਾਹ ਕਰ ਦੇਵੇਗੀ ।
ਮੀਡੀਆ ਵਿੱਚ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਪਾਣੀ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਲਈ ਪਰ ਦੂਜੇ ਪਾਸੇ ਹਰਿਆਣਾ ਦੇ ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਨੂੰ ਵਾਧੂ ਪਾਣੀ ਛੱਡਣ ਦਾ ਭਰੋਸਾ ਦੇ ਕੇ ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਭਗਵੰਤ ਮਾਨ ਦੋਗਲੀ ਨੀਤੀ ਵਾਲੀ ਚਾਲ ਖੇਡ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ ।
ਸ਼੍ਰੋਮਣੀ ਅਕਾਲੀ ਦਲ ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀ ਇਸ ਦੋਗਲੀ ਨੀਤੀ ਨੂੰ ਕਿਸੇ ਵੀ ਕੀਮਤ ‘ਤੇ ਸਫਲ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੋਣ ਦੇਵੇਗਾ । ਅਸੀਂ ਮੰਗ ਕਰਦੇ ਹਾਂ ਕਿ :
1. ਭਾਖੜਾ-ਬਿਆਸ ਪ੍ਰਬੰਧਨ ਬੋਰਡ ‘ਚ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਪ੍ਰਤੀਨਿਧੀ (ਬਿਜਲੀ ਵਿਭਾਗ) ਨੂੰ ਮੈਂਬਰ ਵਜੋਂ ਤੁਰੰਤ ਬਹਾਲ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਵੇ।
2. ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਪੱਖ ਨੂੰ ਅੱਖੋਂ ਪਰੋਖੇ ਕਰ ਹਰਿਆਣਾ ਨੂੰ ਵਾਧੂ ਪਾਣੀ ਦੇਣ ਲਈ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਗਈ ਮਨਜ਼ੂਰੀ ਨੂੰ ਤੁਰੰਤ ਰੱਦ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਵੇ ।
3. ਆਮ ਆਦਮੀ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਦੀ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਇਹ ਯਕੀਨੀ ਬਣਾਉਣ ਲਈ ਠੋਸ ਕਾਰਵਾਈ ਕਰੇ ਕਿ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਕਿਸੇ ਵੀ ਹੈੱਡ ਵਰਕਸ ਰਾਹੀਂ ਹਰਿਆਣਾ ਨੂੰ ਵਾਧੂ ਪਾਣੀ ਨਹੀਂ ਛੱਡਿਆ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ ਅਤੇ ਹਰਿਆਣਾ ਨੂੰ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਛੱਡੇ ਜਾ ਰਹੇ ਵਾਧੂ ਪਾਣੀ ਨੂੰ ਵੀ ਰੋਕਿਆ ਜਾਵੇ ।
ਜੇਕਰ ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਭਗਵੰਤ ਮਾਨ ਅਜਿਹਾ ਨਾ ਕਰਕੇ ਹਰਿਆਣਾ ਅਤੇ ਕੇਂਦਰ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦੇ ਦਬਾਅ ਅੱਗੇ ਝੁਕ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਹਿੱਤਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਵੇਚ ਦਿੰਦਾ ਹੈ ਤਾਂ ਸ਼੍ਰੋਮਣੀ ਅਕਾਲੀ ਦਲ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਪਾਣੀਆਂ ਦੇ ਅਧਿਕਾਰਾਂ ਦੀ ਰਾਖੀ ਲਈ ਇੱਕ ਵੱਡਾ ਮੋਰਚਾ ਲਗਾਵੇਗਾ ।
Our neighboring states Haryana, Rajasthan & Delhi have ganged up against Punjab in collision with GOI to rob Punjab of its legitimate share of water from the Bhakra dam in a recent meeting of the Bhakra Beas Management Board. This unprecedented bullying & looting of Punjab’s resources is a revengeful move against the farmers of the State & will destroy them as well as our farm economy if not nipped in the bud.
Chief minister Bhagwant Mann is playing a double game by assuring the Haryana CM he will release additional water to the State even while he makes appropriate noises for media consumption.
Shiromani Akali Dal will not let this conspiracy succeed at any cost. We demand
1. Immediate restoration of Punjab’s representative as Member, Power.
2. Revocation of the permission given to treat the additional pb grant of water to Haryana as an exception by doing away with Punjab’s clearance on the same.
3. Concrete action by Aam Aadmi Party y govt to ensure additional water will not be released to Haryana through any head work in Punjab and additional water already flowing into Haryana will be curtailed.
In case Bhagwant Mann buckles down to pressure from Haryana & the central govt & sells out the interests of Punjab the Shiromani Akali Dal will start a mass agitation to protect the water rights of the State.
Sukhbir Singh Badal
