A migrant laborer created chaos at Shri Guru Ramdas Sarai in Amritsar after being stopped by sewadars. He attacked a sevadar with an iron rod, leaving him seriously injured, and also targeted other sewadars and devotees. SGPC staff intervened and handed him over to the police. The injured individuals have been referred to Shri Guru Ramdas Hospital.

ਅੰਮ੍ਰਿਤਸਰ, 14 ਮਾਰਚ, ਅੱਜ ਸ੍ਰੀ ਦਰਬਾਰ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਦੇ ਸ੍ਰੀ ਗੁਰੂ ਰਾਮਦਾਸ ਜੀ ਸਰਾਂ ਵਿਖੇ ਇਕ ਪ੍ਰਵਾਸੀ ਮਜ਼ਦੂਰ ਵਲੋਂ ਸ੍ਰੀ ਦਰਬਾਰ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਦੇ ਦੋ ਮੁਲਾਜ਼ਮਾਂ ਸਮੇਤ ਚਾਰ ਵਿਅਕਤੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਸਖ਼ਤ ਜ਼ਖ਼ਮੀਂ ਕੀਤੇ ਜਾਣ ਦੀ ਸੂਚਨਾ ਮਿਲੀ ਹੈ।
ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ ਵੇਰਵਿਆਂ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਇਸ ਪ੍ਰਵਾਸੀ ਮਜ਼ਦੂਰ ਨੂੰ ਜਦੋਂ ਗੁਰੂ ਰਾਮਦਾਸ ਸਰਾਂ ਵਿਚ ਬੈਠੇ ਨੂੰ ਬਾਹਰ ਜਾਣ ਲਈ ਸੇਵਾਦਾਰਾਂ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਤਾਂ ਉਸ ਨੇ ਲੋਹੇ ਦੀ ਇਕ ਰਾਡ ਨਾਲ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ‘ਤੇ ਹਮਲਾ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ,
ਜਿਸ ਨਾਲ ਗਗਨਦੀਪ ਸਿੰਘ ਤੇ ਜਸਬੀਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਨਾਂਅ ਦੇ ਦੋ ਸੇਵਾਦਾਰ ਗੰਭੀਰ ਜ਼ਖ਼ਮੀ ਹੋ ਗਏ ਜਦਕਿ ਗੁਰਵਿੰਦਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਨਾਂਅ ਦੇ ਮੁਹਾਲੀ ਤੋਂ ਆਏ ਇਕ ਸ਼ਰਧਾਲੂ ਸਮੇਤ ਦੋ ਸ਼ਰਧਾਲੂ ਵੀ ਜ਼ਖ਼ਮੀ ਹੋ ਗਏ, ਜਿਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਇਲਾਜ ਲਈ ਗੁਰੂ ਰਾਮਦਾਸ ਹਸਪਤਾਲ ਵਿਖੇ ਦਾਖਲ ਕਰਵਾਇਆ ਗਿਆ।
ਜਾਣਕਾਰੀ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਵਲੋਂ ਉਕਤ ਪ੍ਰਵਾਸੀ ਮਜ਼ਦੂਰ ਨੂੰ ਕਾਬੂ ਕਰ ਲਿਆ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ ਤੇ ਅਗਲੀ ਪੁੱਛ ਗਿੱਛ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ।
