US Deport 487 Indians : ਅਮਰੀਕੀ ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀਆਂ ਨੇ ਉੱਥੇ ਰਹਿ ਰਹੇ 487 ਹੋਰ ਗੈਰ-ਕਾਨੂੰਨੀ ਭਾਰਤੀ ਪ੍ਰਵਾਸੀਆਂ ਦੀ ਪਛਾਣ ਕੀਤੀ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਜਲਦੀ ਹੀ ਭਾਰਤ ਵਾਪਸ ਭੇਜ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ। ਇਸ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਭਾਰਤ ਨੇ ਡਿਪੋਰਟ ਕੀਤੇ ਜਾਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਭਾਰਤੀਆਂ ਨਾਲ ਦੁਰਵਿਵਹਾਰ ਦੀ ਸੰਭਾਵਨਾ ‘ਤੇ ਚਿੰਤਾ ਪ੍ਰਗਟਾਈ ਹੈ।
US Deportation operation : ਕੇਂਦਰ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਅਮਰੀਕੀ ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀਆਂ ਨੇ ਉੱਥੇ ਰਹਿ ਰਹੇ 487 ਹੋਰ ਗੈਰ-ਕਾਨੂੰਨੀ ਭਾਰਤੀ ਪ੍ਰਵਾਸੀਆਂ ਦੀ ਪਛਾਣ ਕੀਤੀ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਜਲਦੀ ਹੀ ਭਾਰਤ ਵਾਪਸ ਭੇਜ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ। ਇਸ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਭਾਰਤ ਨੇ ਡਿਪੋਰਟ ਕੀਤੇ ਜਾਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਭਾਰਤੀਆਂ ਨਾਲ ਦੁਰਵਿਵਹਾਰ ਦੀ ਸੰਭਾਵਨਾ ‘ਤੇ ਚਿੰਤਾ ਪ੍ਰਗਟਾਈ ਹੈ।
ਅਮਰੀਕਾ ਤੋਂ ਗੈਰ-ਕਾਨੂੰਨੀ ਭਾਰਤੀ ਪ੍ਰਵਾਸੀਆਂ ਦੇ ‘ਦੇਸ਼ ਨਿਕਾਲੇ’ ਬਾਰੇ ਵਿਦੇਸ਼ ਸਕੱਤਰ ਵਿਕਰਮ ਮਿਸ਼ਰੀ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਵਿਦੇਸ਼ ਮੰਤਰੀ (ਈਏਐਮ) ਨੇ ਅਮਰੀਕੀ ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀਆਂ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਸਾਂਝੇ ਕੀਤੇ ਸਟੈਂਡਰਡ ਓਪਰੇਟਿੰਗ ਪ੍ਰੋਸੀਜਰ (SOP) ਬਾਰੇ ਜਾਣਕਾਰੀ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਹੈ।
ਵਿਕਰਮ ਮਿਸ਼ਰੀ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਵਿਦੇਸ਼ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਨੇ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਇਹ ਪ੍ਰਕਿਰਿਆ ਲੰਬੇ ਸਮੇਂ ਤੋਂ ਚੱਲ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ। ਹਾਲਾਂਕਿ, ਡਿਪੋਰਟ ਕੀਤੇ ਪ੍ਰਵਾਸੀਆਂ ਨਾਲ ਦੁਰਵਿਵਹਾਰ ਦਾ ਮੁੱਦਾ ਇੱਕ ਗੰਭੀਰ ਮਾਮਲਾ ਹੈ, ਜਿਸ ਨੂੰ ਅਸੀਂ ਅਮਰੀਕੀ ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀਆਂ ਕੋਲ ਉਠਾਇਆ ਹੈ।

ਇੱਕ ਪ੍ਰੈਸ ਕਾਨਫਰੰਸ ਨੂੰ ਸੰਬੋਧਨ ਕਰਦਿਆਂ ਵਿਦੇਸ਼ ਸਕੱਤਰ ਵਿਕਰਮ ਮਿਸ਼ਰੀ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਅਮਰੀਕਾ ਨੇ ਭਾਰਤ ਨੂੰ 487 ਸੰਭਾਵਿਤ ਭਾਰਤੀ ਨਾਗਰਿਕਾਂ ਬਾਰੇ ਸੂਚਿਤ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ, ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਹਟਾਉਣ ਦੇ ਹੁਕਮ ਜਾਰੀ ਕੀਤੇ ਗਏ ਹਨ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਅਸੀਂ ਅਮਰੀਕੀ ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ਾਸਨ ਨੂੰ ਸਪੱਸ਼ਟ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਡਿਪੋਰਟ ਕੀਤੇ ਭਾਰਤੀਆਂ ਨਾਲ ਕਿਸੇ ਵੀ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਦਾ ‘ਅਣਮਨੁੱਖੀ ਵਿਵਹਾਰ’ ਬਰਦਾਸ਼ਤ ਨਹੀਂ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ। ਜੇਕਰ ਕਿਸੇ ਵੀ ਕਿਸਮ ਦੀ ਦੁਰਵਿਹਾਰ ਸਾਡੇ ਧਿਆਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਆਉਂਦਾ ਹੈ, ਤਾਂ ਅਸੀਂ ਤੁਰੰਤ ਇਸ ਨੂੰ ਉੱਚ ਪੱਧਰ ‘ਤੇ ਉਠਾਵਾਂਗੇ।

ਵਿਦੇਸ਼ ਸਕੱਤਰ ਵਿਕਰਮ ਮਿਸ਼ਰੀ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਦੇਸ਼ ਨਿਕਾਲੇ ਦੀ ਪ੍ਰਕਿਰਿਆ ਨਵੀਂ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੈ। ਵਿਦੇਸ਼ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਜੈਸ਼ੰਕਰ ਨੇ ਕੱਲ੍ਹ ਸੰਸਦ ‘ਚ ਇਸ ਮੁੱਦੇ ‘ਤੇ ਚਰਚਾ ਕੀਤੀ ਸੀ। ਮੈਂ ਭਾਰਤ ਨੂੰ ਇੱਕ ਗੈਰ-ਸਹਿਯੋਗੀ ਦੇਸ਼ ਦੇ ਰੂਪ ਵਿੱਚ ਵਰਣਨ ਕਰਨਾ ਸਵੀਕਾਰ ਨਹੀਂ ਕਰਾਂਗਾ। ਜੇਕਰ ਦੁਨੀਆ ਦਾ ਕੋਈ ਵੀ ਦੇਸ਼ ਆਪਣੇ ਨਾਗਰਿਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਵਾਪਸ ਸਵੀਕਾਰ ਕਰਨਾ ਚਾਹੁੰਦਾ ਹੈ, ਤਾਂ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਇਹ ਭਰੋਸਾ ਦੇਣਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਜੋ ਵੀ ਵਾਪਸ ਆ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ, ਉਹ ਭਾਰਤ ਦਾ ਨਾਗਰਿਕ ਹੈ, ਇਸ ਨਾਲ ਕਾਨੂੰਨੀ ਤੌਰ ‘ਤੇ ਜੁੜੇ ਮੁੱਦੇ ਹਨ, ਸੁਰੱਖਿਆ ਦੇ ਮੁੱਦੇ ਵੀ ਜੁੜੇ ਹੋਏ ਹਨ। ਹਾਲ ਹੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਹੋਈ ਇੱਕ ਗੱਲਬਾਤ ਵਿੱਚ, ਅਸੀਂ ਅਮਰੀਕਾ ਤੋਂ ਸੰਭਾਵਿਤ ਪਰਤਣ ਵਾਲਿਆਂ ਬਾਰੇ ਵੇਰਵੇ ਮੰਗੇ। ਸਾਨੂੰ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਅਮਰੀਕਾ ਤੋਂ ਗੈਰ-ਕਾਨੂੰਨੀ ਭਾਰਤੀ ਪ੍ਰਵਾਸੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਦੇਸ਼ ਨਿਕਾਲਾ ਦੇਣ ਲਈ ਫੌਜੀ ਜਹਾਜ਼ਾਂ ਦੀ ਵਰਤੋਂ ‘ਤੇ ਅੰਤਮ ਦੇਸ਼ ਨਿਕਾਲੇ ਦਾ ਹੁਕਮ ਹੈ, ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਬੀਤੇ ਦਿਨ ਹੋਈ ਡਿਪੋਰਟੇਸ਼ਨ ਕਈ ਸਾਲਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਚੱਲ ਰਹੀ ਪ੍ਰਕਿਰਿਆ ਦੇ ਮੁਕਾਬਲੇ ਕੁਝ ਵੱਖਰੀ ਅਤੇ ਥੋੜੀ ਵੱਖਰੀ ਕਿਸਮ ਦੀ ਹੈ।

ਦੱਸ ਦੇਈਏ ਕਿ ਅਮਰੀਕੀ ਰਾਸ਼ਟਰਪਤੀ ਡੋਨਾਲਡ ਟਰੰਪ ਨੇ ਅਮਰੀਕਾ ਤੋਂ ਗੈਰ-ਕਾਨੂੰਨੀ ਪ੍ਰਵਾਸੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਡਿਪੋਰਟ ਕਰਨਾ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਹੈ। ਇਸੇ ਲੜੀ ਤਹਿਤ ਅਮਰੀਕਾ ਨੇ ਬੁੱਧਵਾਰ (5 ਫਰਵਰੀ) ਨੂੰ ਆਪਣੇ ਫੌਜੀ ਜਹਾਜ਼ ਸੀ-17 ਰਾਹੀਂ 104 ਭਾਰਤੀ ਪ੍ਰਵਾਸੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਭਾਰਤ ਵਾਪਸ ਭੇਜਿਆ ਸੀ।
