In Chhattisgarh’s Khairagarh-Chhuikhadan-Gandai district, a shocking incident unfolded where a 20-year-old man named Vinay, unable to accept his girlfriend’s marriage to another man, plotted to kill her entire in-law family by sending a parcel bomb to their home.
ਛੱਤੀਸਗੜ੍ਹ ਦੇ ਖੈਰਾਗੜ੍ਹ ਛੂਈਖਦਾਨ ਗੰਡਈ ਜ਼ਿਲ੍ਹੇ ਤੋਂ ਇੱਕ ਹੈਰਾਨ ਕਰਨ ਵਾਲਾ ਮਾਮਲਾ ਸਾਹਮਣੇ ਆਇਆ ਹੈ। ਜਿੱਥੇ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਨੇ ਪਾਰਸਲ ਬੰਬ ਨਾਲ ਕਤਲ ਦੀ ਸਾਜ਼ਿਸ਼ ਦਾ ਪਰਦਾਫਾਸ਼ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਹੀ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਨੇ ਮਾਮਲੇ ਵਿੱਚ 7 ਆਰੋਪੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਵੀ ਗ੍ਰਿਫ਼ਤਾਰ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ। ਫਿਲਹਾਲ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਪੂਰੇ ਮਾਮਲੇ ਦੀ ਜਾਂਚ ਕਰ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ।
ਦਰਅਸਲ, ਸਿਰਫ਼ 40 ਦਿਨ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਵਿਆਹ ਕਰਵਾ ਕੇ ਸਹੁਰੇ ਘਰ ਗਈ ਆਪਣੀ ਪ੍ਰੇਮਿਕਾ ਨੂੰ ਵਾਪਸ ਪਾਉਣ ਲਈ ਇੱਕ ਸਿਰਫਿਰੇ ਆਸ਼ਕ ਨੇ ਪਾਰਸਲ ਬੰਬ ਪ੍ਰੇਮਿਕਾ ਦੇ ਸਹੁਰੇ ਘਰ ਭੇਜ ਕੇ ਪੂਰੇ ਪਰਿਵਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਉਡਾਉਣ ਦੀ ਸਾਜ਼ਿਸ਼ ਰਚੀ ਸੀ। ਹਾਲਾਂਕਿ, ਤਕਨੀਕੀ ਕਾਰਨਾਂ ਕਰਕੇ ਪਾਰਸਲ ਬੰਬ ਫਟਿਆ ਨਹੀਂ। ਜਿਸ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਮਾਮਲੇ ਦੀ ਜਾਂਚ ਕਰਦੇ ਹੋਏ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਨੇ ਪ੍ਰੇਮੀ ਸਮੇਤ 7 ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਗ੍ਰਿਫ਼ਤਾਰ ਕੀਤਾ।
ਐਸਪੀ ਲਕਸ਼ਯ ਵਿਨੋਦ ਸ਼ਰਮਾ ਨੇ ਮਾਮਲੇ ਦਾ ਖੁਲਾਸਾ ਕਰਦੇ ਹੋਏ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਜ਼ਿਲ੍ਹੇ ਦੇ ਕੁਸਮੀ ਪਿੰਡ ਦੇ 20 ਸਾਲਾ ਆਰੋਪੀ ਵਿਨੈ ਦਾ ਸਕੂਲ ਸਮੇਂ ਤੋਂ ਹੀ ਨੇੜਲੇ ਪਿੰਡ ਵਿੱਚ ਰਹਿਣ ਵਾਲੀ ਇੱਕ ਲੜਕੀ ਨਾਲ ਪ੍ਰੇਮ ਸਬੰਧ ਸੀ। ਲਗਭਗ 40 ਦਿਨ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਉਸ ਦਾ ਵਿਆਹ ਹੋ ਗਿਆ ਅਤੇ ਉਹ ਆਪਣੇ ਸਹੁਰੇ ਘਰ ਗੰਡਈ ਥਾਣੇ ਅਧੀਨ ਆਉਂਦੇ ਪਿੰਡ ਮਾਨਪੁਰ ਚਲੀ ਗਈ। ਅਜਿਹੀ ਸਥਿਤੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਪ੍ਰੇਮਿਕਾ ਦਾ ਵਿਛੋੜਾ ਵਿਨੈ ਤੋਂ ਝੱਲਿਆ ਨਹੀਂ ਗਿਆ।
ਪੁਲਿਸ ਨੇ ਪ੍ਰੇਮੀ ਅਤੇ ਉਸਦੇ ਦੋਸਤਾਂ ਸਮੇਤ 7 ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਕੀਤਾ ਗ੍ਰਿਫਤਾਰ
ਆਪਣੀ ਪ੍ਰੇਮਿਕਾ ਨੂੰ ਫਿਰ ਤੋਂ ਪਾਉਣ ਲਈ ਆਰੋਪੀ ਨੇ ਉਸਦੇ ਪਤੀ ਸਮੇਤ ਪੂਰੇ ਸਹੁਰੇ ਘਰ ਨੂੰ ਬੰਬ ਨਾਲ ਉਡਾਉਣ ਦੀ ਸਾਜ਼ਿਸ਼ ਰਚੀ। ਪੁਲਿਸ ਸੁਪਰਡੈਂਟ ਲਕਸ਼ਯ ਵਰਮਾ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਆਰੋਪੀ ਨੇ ਔਨਲਾਈਨ ਬੰਬ ਬਣਾਉਣਾ ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਅਤੇ ਹੋਮ ਥੀਏਟਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਲਗਭਗ 2 ਕਿਲੋਗ੍ਰਾਮ ਦਾ ਆਈਈਡੀ ਲਗਾਇਆ ਅਤੇ ਇਸਦੇ ਡੈਟੋਨੇਟਰ ਨੂੰ ਪਲੱਗ ਨਾਲ ਜੋੜਿਆ ਤਾਂ ਜੋ ਕਰੰਟ ਸਪਲਾਈ ਮਿਲਦੇ ਹੀ ਇਹ ਫਟ ਜਾਵੇ। ਇਸ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਉਸਨੇ ਇੱਕ ਨਕਲੀ ਇੰਡੀਆ ਪੋਸਟ ਲੋਗੋ ਅਤੇ ਪਤਾ ਲਿਖ ਕੇ ਆਪਣੀ ਪ੍ਰੇਮਿਕਾ ਦੇ ਸਹੁਰੇ ਘਰ ਭੇਜ ਦਿੱਤਾ।
ਹਾਲਾਂਕਿ ਵਿਨੈ ਦੇ ਪਲਾਨ ‘ਚ ਕਮੀ ਰਹਿ ਗਈ ਸੀ ਅਤੇ IED ਦੇ ਬਲਾਸਟ ਹੋਣ ਤੋਂ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਹੀ ਪ੍ਰੇਮਿਕਾ ਦੇ ਪਰਿਵਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਪਤਾ ਲੱਗ ਗਿਆ। ਜਿਸ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਪਤੀ ਦੀ ਸੂਚਨਾ ‘ਤੇ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਮੌਕੇ ‘ਤੇ ਪਹੁੰਚੀ ਅਤੇ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਬੰਬ ਨੂੰ ਡਿਫਿਊਜ਼ ਕੀਤਾ। ਇਸ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਕੜੀ ਨਾਲ ਕੜੀ ਜੋੜਦੇ ਹੋਏ ਮਾਮਲੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਸ਼ਾਮਲ 7 ਤੋਂ ਵੱਧ ਆਰੋਪੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਗ੍ਰਿਫਤਾਰ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਅਤੇ ਮਾਮਲੇ ਦਾ ਖੁਲਾਸਾ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ।
The couple had been in a relationship since their school days, but about 40 days prior to the incident, the woman got married and moved to her in-laws’ house in Manpur village under Gandai police station. Struggling with the separation, Vinay, along with accomplices, devised a plan to eliminate her husband and his family.Vinay learned to make a bomb online and constructed an improvised explosive device (IED) weighing around 2 kilograms, concealed within a home theater system. He connected the IED’s detonator to a plug, intending for it to explode upon being plugged in. The parcel was sent to the woman’s in-laws’ home with a fake India Post logo and address. Fortunately, due to a technical failure, the bomb did not detonate. The family grew suspicious, alerted the police, and the bomb was safely defused.Following an investigation, the police arrested Vinay and six others involved in the conspiracy. The case was uncovered by SP Lakshya Vinod Sharma, and further inquiries are ongoing to explore the full extent of the plot.
