ਅਯੁੱਧਿਆ ਵਿਖੇ ਮੂਰਤੀ ਸਥਾਪਨਾ ਤੋਂ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਅਦਾਨੀ, ਲਾਲਾ ਰਾਮਦੇਵ ਅਤੇ ਸ਼੍ਰੀ ਸ਼੍ਰੀ ਰਵੀ ਸ਼ੰਕਰ ਨੇ ਫੌਜ ਦੇ ਬਫਰ ਜ਼ੋਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਜ਼ਮੀਨ ਖਰੀਦੀ ਤੇ ਉਸ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਯੂਪੀ ਦੇ ਰਾਜਪਾਲ ਨੇ ਚੁੱਪ – ਚੁਪੀਤੇ ਇਸ ਜ਼ਮੀਨ ‘ਤੇ ਬਫਰ ਜ਼ੋਨ ਵਾਲੀ ਪਾਬੰਦੀ ਖਤਮ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤੀ।
ਆਦਾਨੀ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਜਮੀਨ ਖਰੀਦਣ ਤੋਂ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਇਸ ਨੂੰ ਇੱਕ ਭਾਜਪਾ ਆਗੂ ਦੀ ਭਾਈਵਾਲ ਕੰਪਨੀ ਨੇ ਇੱਕ ਸਥਾਨਕ ਕਿਸਾਨ ਕੋਲੋਂ ਖਰੀਦਿਆ।
ਫੌਜ ਦੀਆਂ ਛਾਉਣੀਆਂ ਲਾਗੇ, ਖਾਸ ਕਰਕੇ ਜਿੱਥੇ ਫਾਇਰਿੰਗ ਰੇਂਜ ਵਗੈਰਾ ਹੋਵੇ, ਉਥੇ ਬਫਰ ਜ਼ੋਨ ਹੁੰਦਾ ਹੈ ਤੇ ਇਸ ਖਿੱਤੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਿਰਫ ਖੇਤੀਬਾੜੀ ਹੀ ਹੋ ਸਕਦੀ ਹੈ। ਜਦੋਂ ਫੌਜ ਨੂੰ ਜ਼ਮੀਨ ਚਾਹੀਦੀ ਹੋਵੇ ਤਾਂ ਉਹ ਆਪਣੇ ਜੰਗੀ ਅਭਿਆਸ ਲਈ ਵਰਤ ਸਕਦੀ ਹੈ।
ਹੁਣ ਜਦੋਂ ਇਹ ਜ਼ਮੀਨ ਬਫਰ ਜੋਨ ਵਜੋਂ ਡੀਨੋਟੀਫਾਈ ਹੋ ਚੁੱਕੀ ਹੈ ਤਾਂ ਇਸ ਦੀ ਵਰਤੋਂ ਵਪਾਰਕ ਕੰਮਾਂ ਲਈ ਹੋ ਸਕਦੀ ਹੈ।
