Strait Hormuz Shut Down: ਮਿਡਲ ਈਸਟ ਜੰਗ ਵਿਚਾਲੇ ਵੱਡੀ ਖਬਰ ਸਾਹਮਣੇ ਆ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ, ਜਿਸ ਨਾਲ ਵੱਡੀ ਚਿੰਤਾ ਪਰੇਸ਼ਾਨੀ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਹੋ ਗਈ ਹੈ। ਦੱਸ ਦੇਈਏ ਕਿ ਹੋਰਮੁਜ਼ ਸਟ੍ਰੇਟ ਦੇ ਨੇੜੇ ਈਰਾਨੀ ਫੌਜਾਂ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਇੱਕ ਭਾਰਤੀ ਝੰਡੇ ਵਾਲੇ ਤੇਲ ਟੈਂਕਰ ‘ਤੇ ਫਾਇਰਿੰਗ ਕਰਨ ਦੀ ਘਟਨਾ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਭਾਰਤ ਅਤੇ ਈਰਾਨ ਵਿਚਾਲੇ ਕੂਟਨੀਤਕ ਤਣਾਅ ਪੈਦਾ ਹੋ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਗੰਭੀਰ ਮਾਮਲੇ ‘ਤੇ ਸਖ਼ਤ ਇਤਰਾਜ਼ ਜਤਾਉਂਦੇ ਹੋਏ ਭਾਰਤ ਦੇ ਵਿਦੇਸ਼ ਮੰਤਰਾਲੇ (MEA) ਨੇ ਸ਼ਨੀਵਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਈਰਾਨੀ ਰਾਜਦੂਤ ਨੂੰ ਤਲਬ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ।

ਭਾਰਤੀ ਤੇਲ ਟੈਂਕਰ ‘ਤੇ ਗੋਲੀਬਾਰੀ
ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ ਜਾਣਕਾਰੀ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ, ਭਾਰਤੀ ਤੇਲ ਟੈਂਕਰ ‘ਸਨਮਾਰ ਹੇਰਾਲਡ’ (Sanmar Herald) ‘ਤੇ ਈਰਾਨੀ ਫੌਜਾਂ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਉਸ ਸਮੇਂ ਹਮਲਾ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਜਦੋਂ ਉਹ ਰਣਨੀਤਕ ਤੌਰ ‘ਤੇ ਮਹੱਤਵਪੂਰਨ ਹਰਮੁਜ਼ ਦੇ ਜਲਡਮਰੂਮੱਧ ਦੇ ਨੇੜਿਓਂ ਗੁਜ਼ਰ ਰਿਹਾ ਸੀ। ਇਸ ਘਟਨਾ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਵਿਦੇਸ਼ ਮੰਤਰਾਲੇ ਨੇ ਈਰਾਨੀ ਰਾਜਦੂਤ ਡਾ. ਮੁਹੰਮਦ ਫਤਾਲੀ ਨੂੰ ਮੀਟਿੰਗ ਲਈ ਬੁਲਾਇਆ ਤਾਂ ਜੋ ਇਸ ਘਟਨਾ ਵਿਰੁੱਧ ਰਸਮੀ ਵਿਰੋਧ ਦਰਜ ਕਰਵਾਇਆ ਜਾ ਸਕੇ।
ਸੂਤਰਾਂ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ, ਭਾਰਤ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੇ ਸਮੁੰਦਰੀ ਰਸਤੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਵਾਪਰੀ ਇਸ ਘਟਨਾ ਨੂੰ ਬਹੁਤ ਗੰਭੀਰਤਾ ਨਾਲ ਲਿਆ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਈਰਾਨੀ ਪੱਖ ਕੋਲ ਆਪਣਾ ਸਖ਼ਤ ਇਤਰਾਜ਼ ਦਰਜ ਕਰਵਾਇਆ ਹੈ। ਦੱਸ ਦਈਏ ਕਿ ਸ਼ਨੀਵਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਹਰਮੁਜ਼ (Strait of Hormuz) ਨੂੰ ਪਾਰ ਕਰਨ ਦੀ ਕੋਸ਼ਿਸ਼ ਕਰ ਰਹੇ ਘੱਟੋ-ਘੱਟ ਦੋ ਵਪਾਰਕ ਜਹਾਜ਼ਾਂ ‘ਤੇ ਗੋਲੀਬਾਰੀ ਹੋਣ ਦੀ ਖਬਰ ਸਾਹਮਣੇ ਆਈ ਸੀ। ਹਾਲਾਂਕਿ ਇਸ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਜਹਾਜ਼ਾਂ ਬਾਰੇ ਜਾਣਕਾਰੀ ਸਾਂਝੀ ਨਹੀਂ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ ਸੀ।
ਜ਼ਿਕਰਯੋਗ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਇਸ ਤੋਂ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਅਮਰੀਕਾ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਜਾਰੀ ਨਾਕਾਬੰਦੀ ਦੇ ਜਵਾਬ ਵਿੱਚ ਈਰਾਨ ਨੇ ਰਣਨੀਤਕ ਤੌਰ ‘ਤੇ ਬੇਹੱਦ ਮਹੱਤਵਪੂਰਨ ‘ਸਟਰੇਟ ਆਫ ਹੋਰਮੁਜ਼’ ਨੂੰ ਮੁੜ ਬੰਦ ਕਰਨ ਦਾ ਐਲਾਨ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ। ਈਰਾਨ ਦੀ ਸਰਕਾਰੀ ਮੀਡੀਆ ਨੇ ਇੱਕ ਵੀਡੀਓ ਜਾਰੀ ਕਰਕੇ ਦਿਖਾਇਆ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਕਿਸ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਹੋਰਮੁਜ਼ ਨੂੰ ਪਾਰ ਕਰਨ ਦੀ ਕੋਸ਼ਿਸ਼ ਕਰ ਰਹੇ ਦਰਜਨਾਂ ਜਹਾਜ਼ਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਵਾਪਸ ਮੁੜਨਾ ਪੈ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ।
During today’s attack agaisnt an Indian tanker by Iran in the Strait of Hormuz, it seems though the vessel was initially heading outbound, but was refused by the IRGC. The vessel is then seen heading inbound towards the Gulf again, but then turns off AIS and makes a run for it eastbound before being fired upon.
Additional reports indicate a second Indian taker was also fired upon.
